Personally, and as an industry, we find ourselves in the most unprecedented times and I know that many people are worried about the future.
I’m writing to you today to make you aware of some immediate changes to Trust My Travel’s business processes that we hope will alleviate some of our members concerns. The current Covid-19 pandemic is having a huge impact on the travel industry. At Trust My Travel, we are confident the industry will bounce back stronger, but there is uncertainty as to when this will be, and what this means for business. My staff, and I, are here to support you and your travellers, and the decisions we make are always made with this in mind.

Trust The Travel Industry Voucher
We want to help you bounce back from the Covid-19 Pandemic in the same way you have bounced back previous times before. We are going to offer your travellers the option to receive a ‘Trust The Travel Industry’ voucher as an option instead of receiving a refund. Travellers will be able to redeem the voucher with any of our 1000+ members to the value of the booking. If travellers take this option, which is not mandatory, Trust My Travel will not debit you until this voucher is redeemed.
